"Resveratrol"
Resveratrol(3,5,4-trihydroxy-transstibene)is a phytoalexin produced naturally by several plants when under attack by pathogens such as bacteria or fungi.Resveratrol is currently a topic of numerous animal and human studies into its effects. The effects of resveratrol on the lifespan of many model organisms remain controversial, with uncertain effects in fruit flies, nematode worms,[1] and short lived fish.In mouse and rat experiments,anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,blood-sugar-lowering and other beneficial cardiovascular effects of resveratrol have been reported. Most of these results have yet to be replicated in humans. In the only positive human trial, extremely high doses(3-5g)of resveratrol in a proprietary formulation have been necessary to significantly lower blood sugar.[2] Despite mainstream press alleging resveratrol's anti-aging effects,[3] there is little present basis for the application of these claims to mammals.Resveratrol is found in the skin of red grapes and is a constituent of red wine, but apparently not in sufficient[citation needed] amounts to explain the French Paradox.Resveratrol has also been produced by chemical synthesis(metabolic engineered microorganisms)[5] and is sold as a nutritional supplement derived primarily from Japanese Knotweed...

"Obesity"
Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the exttent that it may have an adverse effect on health, leading to reduced life expectancy and /or increased health problems.[1][2] Body mass index (BMI),a measurement which compares weight and height, defines people as overweight(pre-obese) when their BMI is between 25kg/m2 and 30kg/m2.[3] Obesity increases the likelihood of various diseases, particulary heart disease,type2 diabetes, breathing difficulties during sleep, certain types of cancer, and osteoarthritis.[2] Obesity is the most commonly caused by a combination of excessive dietary calories, lack of physical activity, and genetic susceptibility, although a few cases are caused primarily by genes, endocrine disorders, medications or psychiatric illnes.Evidence to support the view that some obese people eat little yet gain weight due to a slow metabolism is limited;on average obese people have greater energy than their thin counterparts due to the energy required to maintain an increased body mass.[4][5] The primary treatment for obesity dieting and physical exercise. To supplement this,or in case of failure,anti-obesity drugs may be taken to reduced appetite or inhibit fat absorption. In severe cases, surgery is performed or an intragastric balloon is placed to reduced stomach volume and /or bowel lenght, leading to earlier satiation and reduced ability to absorb nutrients from food [6][7] Obesity is a leading cause of death worldwide, with increasing prevalence in adults and children, and authorities view it as one of the most serious public health problems of the 21st century.[8] Obesity is stigmatized in much of the modern world (particulary in the Western World),though it was widely perceived as a symbol of wealth and fertility at other times in history, and still is in some parts of the world.[2][9]

"Electrolyte"
Electrolyte is any substance containing free ions that make the substance electrically conductive. The most typical electrolyte is an ionic solution, but molten electrolytes and solid electrolytes are also possible.Electrolytes commonly exist as solutions of acids, bases or salts.Furthermore, some gases may act as electrolytes under conditions of high temperature or low pressure.Electrolyte solutions can result from the dissolution of some biological(e.g.,DNA,polypeptides)and synthetic polymers(e.g.,polystyrene sulfonate),termed plyelectrolytes, which contain charged functional groups.Electrolyte solutions are normally formed when a salt is placed into a solvent such as water and the individual components dissociate due to the thermodynamic interactions between solvent and solute molecules,in a process called solvation. For example, when table salt,NaCl,is placed in water, the salt(a solid)dissolves into its component ions, according to the dissociation reaction Na Cl(s)>Na+(aq)+Cl-(aq).It is also possible for substances to react with water when they are added to it,producing ions,e.g.,carbon dioxide gas dissolves in water to produce a solution which contains hydronium, carbonate, and hydrogen carbonate ions.Note that molten salts can be electrolytes as well. For instance, when sodium chloride is molten, the liquid conducts electricity. An electrolyte in a solution may be described as concentrated if it has a high concentration of ions,or dilute if it has a low concentration. If a high proportion of the solute dissociates to form free ions, the electrolyte is strong;if most of the solute does not dissociate, the electrolyte is weak. The properties of electrolytes may be exploited using electrolysis to extract constituent elements and compounds contained within the solution...

"About Turmeric"
Turmeric(Curcuma longa) is a rhizomatous herbaceous perennial plant of the ginger family,Zingiberaceae. It is a native to tropical South Asia and needs temperatures between 20C and 30C,and a considerable amount of annual rainfall to thrive.Plants are gathered annually for their rhizomes, and reseeded from some of those rhizomes the following season. The rhizomes are boiled for several hours and then dried in hot ovens, after which they are ground into a deep orange-yellow powder commonly used as a spice in curries and other South Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine, for dyeing, and to impact color to mustard condiments. It's active ingredient is curcumin and it has a distincly earthly, slightly bitter, slightly hot peppery flavor and a mustardy smell. In medieval Europe, turmeric became known as Indian Saffron, since it was widely used as an alternative to the far more expensive saffron spice...

"About Diabetes"
Diabetes mellitus, often simply referred to as diabetes-is a group metabolic diseases in which a person has high blood sugar, either because the body does not produce enough insulin,or because cells do not respond to the insulin that is produced. This high blood sugar produces the classical symptoms of polyuria(frequent urination),polydipsia(increased thirst)and polyphagia(increased hunger). The three main types of diabetes*Type 1 diabetes: results from the body's failure to produce insulin, and presently requires the person to inject insulin(Also referred to as insulin-dependant diabetes mellitus,IDDM for short, and juvenile diabetes.)*Type 2 diabetes: results from insulin resistance,a condition in which cells fail to use insulin properly, sometimes combined with an absolute insulin defeciency.*Gestational diabetes: is when pregnant women, who have never had diabetes before, have a high blood glucose level during pregnancy. It may precede development of type 2 DM...

"The Effects Of Stress"
Common symptoms of stress include*A fast heartbeat*A headcche*A stiff neck and /or tight shoulders*Back pain*Fast breathing*Sweating, and sweaty palms*An upset stomach, nausea,or diarrhea*Immune System.Constant stress can make you more likely to get sick more often. And if you have a chronic illness such as AIDS.Stress can make your symptoms worse*Stomach. If you have stomach
problems, such gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),peptic ulcer disease, irritable bowel syndrome,or ulcerative colitis*Reproductive organs.Stress is linked to low fertility, erection problems, problems during pregnancy, and painful menstrual periods*Lungs.Stress can make symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) worse*Skin.Skin problems such as acne and psoriasis are made worse by stress.

"Muscles Of The Face"
The neck is a seperate set of muscles and plays a huge roll in the jobs done by the face. The platysma is a broad thin plane of musclar fibers beneath the skin on each side of the neck.It extends all the way from the Pectoral and Deltoid muscles to the jaw line.If the muscles are not toned the face will sag and portray and older look.If all the muscles are toned the face will have a natural lift, the skin will be smoother and younger looking and the general appearance will be brighter.Because all of these muscles are interconnected, they must work together.Want more information log on @ http://www.face-up-exercise.com/
